Wow! Our first comment when we walked into this "spec" house! It was just what we wanted and needed for our retirement in New Bern. From the open living area to the privacy of 3 bedrooms, the screened-in porch to the outside deck, it was perfect. The details alone impressed us.....we have beautiful chair rails, arched doorways, nickel fixtures and hardwood floors! Plus extra room in our garage for our golf cart! We are living here for 3 years now and Jaye still calls and asks how things are..."everything holding up OK?" We always give him the same answer, "Everything is wonderful!"
